Part-time Assistant Needed

We are a growing ecommerce business focused on helping families and children learn languages through stories.

Our business is dynamic, so this position’s responsibilities will likely change over time. Opportunities exist to help craft this role and to grow in hours, responsibilities, and hourly pay.

This is a great position for someone who embraces technology, has an interest in education or language learning, and enjoys variety.

• • 10-15 hours per week, ideally 2-3 hours each weekday morning 
  • $18-20/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities include:

• • Customer support: Responding to customer inquiries through support tickets and communicating with vendors to resolve customer issues 
  • eCommerce support: Updating products in various ecommerce platforms, processing cancellations and refunds, and managing coupons
  • Website updates: Updating coupons and product information and adding content, such as blog posts, that will be provided
  • Administrative assistance: Providing administrative support when needed for our various growth initiatives
